Every day when we wake up we have the chance to start over. Every day is a new day. A new beginning to do whatever you want. Not only that but, it’s also a good chance to program your mind to think better thoughts.

It doesn’t matter what you believe in, there is power in our words and in our thoughts. And I believe that small changes such as these can make a big difference in our mental health and everyday living.

Here are six things to tell yourself every day to help change your habit of thought:

1. Things Are Always Working Out for Me

Whether you believe this to be true at this moment in time or not, things are always working out for you. The more you tell yourself this, the more you believe it, and the more it shows in your experience.

2. I Am Worthy of Love

Everyone is worthy of love. Love doesn’t exclude you. And you need to remind yourself of that every day.

3. Don’t Try So Hard
